Coverage includes any South Island Chorus Fibre equipped location. We cannot currently provide connectivity to North Island, Tasman Fibre or Christchurch Enable Fibre Networks.

If you are new to Fibre, a Chorus technician will need to be sent out to INSTALL the service. ZELAN will provide a WIRELESS ROUTER. Connection is subject to Chorus survey. Acceptance of a ‘Sign on Form’ does not guarantee service can be delivered. In the event that a connection cannot be achieved, no Connection fee will be charged. The supplied router remains the property and responsibility of ZELAN and must be returned at the termination of service. In authorising an installation, the customer verifies that they have secured all necessary approvals of the site/property owner.

Standard install includes a basic WiFi Router. For full coverage, an upgrade may be required.

¹ Minimum contract period 12 months, Early Termination Fee of up to $300 will apply if terminated before contract end.

² Advertised values are the maximum speeds to be expected outside of peak demand periods. Actual speeds acheived will depend on network demand, at peak times (6pm to Midnight) it could be significantly less.

All equipment remains the property and responsibility of ZELAN and must be left intact at the original service location upon termination of service. In authorising an installation, the customer verifies that they have secured all necessary approvals of the site/property owner.
